Cast iron
We produce high quality cast-iron of unit weight from 1.0 to 600.0
kilograms.
We make casts of:
- Grey cast-iron,
- Sphere cast-iron,
- Alloy cast-iron.
The casts can be heat treated or mechanically treated, accordig to
customer requirements. Technology of casting: induction electric stoves

technical consulting
On the basis of long-term experience, Technical Department designs
arbitrary constructions. With the use of virtual prototyping software,
both Autodesk Inventor Series (3D) and Autodesk Mechanical Desktop
(2D), from the very beginning of designing particular project, we check
the corectness of the kinematic systems of devices and we are able to
detect the possible colisions, which seriously shortens the overall
time of designing. We adjust the designs of the railway turnouts,
crossings and track joints to the individual needs of the particular
clients.
We design arch turnouts and inter-turnouts insertions together with
subturnout alignment. We conduct, on the clinet's behalf, the detailed
technical agreements with the concrete sleepers producers concerning
the choice and manufacturing proper sleepers.
We carry out, on the customer's behalf, measurements in order to
determine products and formulate construction documentation. We offer
to our clients free technical advice concerning the choice of the
needed products and optimalization of the equipment. We provide
constant supervision over our built-in products, serving advice and
help towards the clients.
Service
We provide warranty and after-warranty service. Our service team is
ready to leave in order to remove possible defect within time of 24
hours, starting from the point of notification.
We carry out current maintenace works allowed for usage and
exploitation instructions.
Other services
We provide assembly supervision over turnouts on
concrete or wooden sleepers.
Warranty
We give warranty and we take into consideration
defects undetected during technical acknowledgement of the product for
the period individualy agreed with particular client. The warranty does
not submitt to defects that occured as an effect of the exploitation
and defects which are the user's fault. The warraty is valid only if
the user follows the conditions of the maintenace and exploitation
instructions.
