For the needs of railway services we make all kinds of steel elements for track surfaces and railwaytracks: turnouts, tracks crossings, junctions and joints.
Our offer keeps being broadened and consists, among others:


Turnouts 60E1 adapted to velocity of:
- V≤160 km/h equipped with welded-and-forged frog
- V≤200 km/h equipped with manganese frog
- V≤250 km/h equipped with frog with movable frog point

Modern elements of equipment, such as:
- assembled steel subturnout
- setting closure shield
- self-regulating setting closure
- needle position stabilizer
Dock rail surface

We offer turnouts made from dock rails type Ri60N, Ph37 and Ph37a. They are both tram turnouts and special turnouts made for placing in road crossings.
Technical solutions used in our constructions, as well the needles structured out of rail frame 49E1A3, attachments which let changing the needles inside the railway structure, hardening of turnouts surface, adaptance to every kind of switch, let us offer solid and reliable turnouts



Cast iron

We produce high quality cast-iron of unit weight from 1.0 to 600.0 kilograms.
We make casts of:

• Grey cast-iron,
• Nodular cast-iron,
• Alloy cast-iron.

The casts can be heat treated or mechanically treated, accordig to customer requirements. Technology of casting: induction electric stoves
Technology of forming: hand or machine treatment, treated as wet mass
Technology of core making: HOT-BOX.
